Mr. Hall was appointed President for Stephens Natural Resources in May of 2023 having previously served in positions of increasing responsibility including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Production/Operations Engineer.  He started his oil and gas career with Schlumberger in 2006.
